Aqualyte combines a balance of essential electrolytes and natural ingredients to promote 4–6 times faster absorption than plain water. Directions: Mix according to packet instructions. Best served chilled. Mix 4 grams per 100ml of water.
Storage: Store unmixed packets in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Aqualyte can be kept refrigerated for up to 2-3 days once mixed.
Daily Hydration Guide: Alternate between drinking water and Aqualyte. We recommend a 2:1 ratio (water to Aqualyte) for everyday hydration, or a 1:1 ratio during illness, intense exercise, and working in heat.
