With each box containing 12 x 90ml icy poles, simply freeze, then enjoy as a refreshing, functional treat after sport, during a hot shift, or after a long school day. They're also a great option for fussy kids, or little ones who need fluids up when they're feeling unwell.

Directions: Freeze fully prior to first use. Use according to packet instructions.

Storage: Store unfrozen packets in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Once frozen, keep stored in the freezer.
