When mixed with water each tub makes 12 litres of Aqualyte or 40 x 300ml serves.

Mix according to packet instructions. Best served chilled.
2-4 x 300ml serves per day. Alternate between drinking water and Aqualyte according to sweat rate, environmental conditions and your individual needs.
