Welcome to the Aqualyte Terms and Conditions page for promotional offers, discount codes, and special incentive programs. This document outlines the general terms that apply to all online promotions run on aqualyte.com.au

General Promotional Terms
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotional materials, the following standard conditions apply to all discount codes, site-wide sales, and promotional offers conducted by Aqualyte:

• Validity Period: Promotions are valid only for the timeframe specified in the relevant promotional email, SMS, or campaign communication.
• Single-Use & Combinability: Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined with any other discount code, subscription offer, or existing site-wide promotion unless explicitly stated.
• Redemption: Discount codes must be entered and applied at checkout prior to finalising payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already completed.
• Exclusions: Promotions may exclude specific product lines, limited-edition items, or bulk commercial orders at Aqualyte’s discretion.
  • Direct Online Orders Only: All promotional offers, discount codes, bonus gifts, and site-wide sales published by Aqualyte are strictly valid only for retail purchases made directly via aqualyte.com.au unless explicitly stated otherwise.
    
  • Third-Party Ineligibility: Promotions are not applicable, transferable, or redeemable through any third-party stockists, retail pharmacies, commercial distributors, wholesalers, or industrial supply partners.
• Fair Use & Reserve Rights: Aqualyte reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or discount code at any time without prior notice if fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised activity is detected.

Welcome Discount Terms
Our Welcome Discount is offered to first-time subscribers joining the Aqualyte email community:

• Offer: New subscribers receive a unique discount code for 10% off their first order, with no minimum spend required.
• Eligibility: Valid for first-time purchases only. Limited to one (1) redemption per customer and is non-transferable.
• Redemption: The discount code must be entered and applied at checkout prior to finalising payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.
• Exclusions: Excludes bulk or commercial orders. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotional discount, or existing sale items.
  

Aqualyte “Guess the Flavours” Competition Terms & Conditions

• Promoter The promoter is Aqualyte Pty Ltd (ABN: 14 677 125 852), located at 5B Tayet Link, Bibra Lake WA 6163, Australia. Phone: +61 8 9418 8514 | Email: marketing@aqualyte.com.au. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Eligibility
  • Entry is open exclusively to legal residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees of Aqualyte Pty Ltd, its parent or subsidiary companies, and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
• Competition Period
  • The competition commences on Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 12:00pm (AEST, Sydney time) upon publication of the official competition post on Instagram.
  • The competition will conclude at a time of Aqualyte’s choosing. No specific end date or time will be announced in advance.
• How to Enter
  • To enter, participants must comment on the official competition post on the @aqualyte_hydration Instagram account with a guess of one of the new Aqualyte flavours.
  • For the purposes of this competition, a correct guess is a comment that correctly identifies one of the new Aqualyte flavours.
  • Participants may enter as many times as they wish, provided each entry is a separate comment.
• Winner Selection (Last Correct Comment Wins)
  • The winner will be the eligible participant who submits the final correct guess immediately before Aqualyte posts an official comment stating “CLOSED” on the competition post.
  • The sequence and exact timing of comments will be determined strictly by the official timestamp on the Instagram platform. In the event of a technical discrepancy, the official @aqualyte_hydration feed serves as the final, definitive record.
  • In the event that multiple eligible correct guesses have the same timestamp, the winner will be selected by random draw from those tied entries.
• The Prize
  • Total prize pool value is $158.85 (AUD) and consists of:
    • 1x Mixed Flavours 25g Sachets (50 Pack) ($64.00)
    •  1x Icy Poles (12 Pack) ($16.95)
    • 1x Sports Bottle ($7.95)
    • 1x Stainless Steel Bottle ($19.95)
    • 2x 480g Tubs ($50.00)
  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Shipping within Australia and New Zealand is included.
• Winner Notification & Verification
  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from @aqualyte_hydration within 48 hours of the competition closing.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to provide valid shipping details within seven (7) days of notification, Aqualyte Pty Ltd reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative eligible winner from the remaining eligible correct entries.
• Liability & Instagram Disclaimer
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, participants fully release Instagram/Meta from any liability or claims related to this promotion.
  • Aqualyte Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost, late, corrupted, or misdirected entries caused by technical disruptions, internet latency, or platform outages.
  • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of prize fulfillment in accordance with Aqualyte's Privacy Policy.

Consumer Guarantees & Support

• All promotions are subject to Aqualyte’s standard Terms of Service and Store Policies.
• Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Any refunded amount for a promotional purchase will match the actual net amount paid at checkout.
