We are confident in the quality of Aqualyte - developed through real science, made with natural ingredients, and trusted in homes, industries and sports.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Opened or used product cannot be returned, which is standard for consumables. We are unable to accept returns on gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something arrives damaged, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate this further.
How to Start a Return
Get in touch at support@aqualyte.com.au with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue. If your return is approved, we'll ask you to send it back within 14 days of that confirmation.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
