Was so excited to try these Aqualyte Hydration Electrolyte sachets. Comes in a pack of 50 individual low sugar, fast absorption sachets to help replenish impotant electrolytes your body loses during exercise and vigorous sweating.Contains 0g Fat and Protein, 9.3g of Carbohydrate sugars, 30mg Potassium and 70mg Sodium per 250ml (one sachet) mixed in 600ml of water. Ingredients include Sucrose, Dextrose, Food Acid 330, Natural Flavour, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate and Natural Colours.The sugar content is unfortunately a little higher than i'd perhaps like, so if you're someone who has to actively watch your sugar intake these may not be suitable for you.Has a gentle lemon and lime flavour so really easy to drink. Great to take with you on the go, keep at home in the medicine cabinet or take with you to work. I keep scahets at work, in my bag and in my medicine cabinet at home so I always have electrolytes on had if I become everely dehydrated, unwell, or do a lot of vigorous exercise.Love that these are Australian made using 85% of natural, local ingredients. Absorbs fantastically well in cold water and doesn't leave any gritty bits behind.

This set is 50 pieces of 25gr hydration and electrolyte supplement from Aqualyte and they are Australian made. I love to support Australian products.The 25gr satchet portion is very easy and handy to have and also for on the go. The powder is easy to mix with water, and it is recommended to mix with 600ml water. The flavour is lemon lime, and it tastes very nice and refreshing. The taste is a little bit sweet which is very nice.If using water bottle, just add water to the bottle then add the powder and then close the bottle and shake the bottle. The powder is easily dissolved and it’s ready to drink.The satchet portion is handy so the powder remains fresh and dry and also we can bring some satchets at a time rather than a whole tin or jar.The price is very reasonable for 50 satchets, making them great value for money. I shared some for friends and they all like it.

I’ve been really impressed with the Aqualyte supplements. They do what I expect from an electrolyte drink without any unpleasant tastes or excessive sweetness.The standout for me is the taste. There’s no strong salty taste or excessive sweetness to cover up the saltyness flavour, which is often what puts me off electrolyte drinks. Mixed with around 600 ml of water (or even a bit more, my favourite is probably about 700ml), they’re only mildly sweet and very easy to drink. The orange flavour is pleasant and not overpowering.I’ve found them particularly useful on long workdays when I realise I haven’t had enough water. They’re easy to mix, dissolve well without leaving grit or residue, and don’t feel heavy or syrupy. I actually noticed when I forgot to mix one sachet up properly in a clear jug that it dissolved fully on its own pretty quickly anyway.I also appreciate the fact they’re made in Australia from predominately Australian ingredients. They feel more like a practical, everyday drink that is easy to make up on the go. I think I like the berry flavour the most but the orange is still very enjoyable.These taste great, are easy to drink, and are something I’ll definitely be keeping on hand.

5 stars. The orange flavour is really nice and refreshing, and there’s plenty of powder in each sachet to make a full 600ml bottle, so one box lasts ages. Like the other flavours, a whole sachet is a bit sweet for me, so I usually mix half at a time, which still gives a good citrus taste and hydration boost without being overpowering

5 stars. The berry version is just as tasty as the lemon‑lime, with a good hit of flavour and plenty of powder in each sachet to make a decent-sized drink. I still prefer to split one sachet into two bottles because a full serve is a bit sweet for me, and that way the box stretches further while still giving a nice light berry taste and hydration boost.

These are straight up good quality, no frills electrolytes. Just the right amount of glucose, sucrose, sodium and potassium to effectively rehydrate you. They taste great, I way prefer these to the other popular brand often found at chemists.One of these packets is good for 600mL of water (normal sized water bottle). I keep a bunch of these in my car and in my gym bag. Way better to smash one of these on a hot day than to be stuck with a dehydration headache.Oh and the big box they come in is awesome.

Really impressed with this. Mixes easily, tastes great, and helps me feel properly hydrated after workouts and on hot days. Much better than just drinking plain water — I’ll definitely keep this one in my routine.

This is a great option if you're looking for a new hydration drink. I usually make this up when I head outside in the heat and throw it in the freezer. When in come back inside it's nice and cool and ready to go.It seems to do a great job of quenching my thirst and keeping me sharp when I'm heating up so I think it would be great for outside workers, tradies or anyone doing sports outside in the sun. The sachets are very convenient - each one is perfectly dosed for a sports bottle so making them up to the right consistency is easy, and they mix up easily too. I've tried all the flavours and they're all perfectly pleasant and not too sweet or over the top.Overall, recommended for anyone spending time outdoors for long periods.

Felt more hydrated after use. Would be great for travel as they're designed for 600ml bottles so could pour straight into a airport water bottle for some flavour. Wasn't a big fan of the flavour though, it's hard to explain but doesn't taste like orange.

Yes.I will probably buy these over Hydra lites tablets in future. But only if they are on special… The taste is refreshing with no chemical flavour after taste and the few I’ve had - have seemed to prevent a headache onset after a big day in the sun.If you’re interested in some of these I can confirm it’s a very low risk purchase and although it will take a while, I’ll most certainly finish them which is more than I can say for other drink additives I’ve had in the past.Being Australian made gives me some faith that there is decent quality control and wholesome ingredients.Easily recommended.

For work, i have a 2.5L water bottle and simply add a sachet to aid in adsorption and provide an additional energy boost during the day so on this basis, 1 box of 50 will last 10 weeks.From an ingredients point of view, this is a straightforward electrolyte mix. It contains simple sugars (sucrose and dextrose) to aid absorption and energy, along with sodium and potassium for hydration support. The use of citrate salts and food acids helps keep the flavour balanced, and the natural flavour and colour are a nice touch.
